Jay, Nancy and I want to say thank you for the great job you did on our property. We absolutely love it. It’s just as we pictured it!! Jay, John and I want to thank you for the work you did on our trees last week. Your prompt response to our request for a quote, the time you spent with us going over what we wanted done (and your suggestions) were beyond professional and appreciated. Living out of state  and trusting you to do the work while we were not there is a wee bit nerve wracking, to say the least! But – It looks great! You were able to get in, not damage our minuscule lawn, drop the trees, and branches near the house and save our flower garden. The finishing touch of placing our granite name stone onto the stump of my beloved cherry tree – with a groove custom cut to hold it in place? Priceless! Thank you so much! Jay, It isn’t often that you hire someone to do a job and everything you asked for is done without any hitch especially nowadays. But not only did you keep your word, you actually performed extra work and services you felt were appropriate and didn’t charge me.
